Meet an AquaZoo Animal
One of the most exciting parts of Kids Club is the opportunity to meet an animal from Hill City AquaZoo!
Meeting an animal in person gives children a chance to connect what they’re learning with a real animal right in front of them.
Our AquaZoo team will introduce our special animal guest and help kids learn more about topics like habitats, adaptations, diets, behaviors, and animal care.
And, of course, there will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions!
Storytime & Learning
Grab a seat and get ready for storytime!
Reading about animals is a great way to introduce young children to wildlife, habitats, and the natural world. We’ll combine storytime with animal education to encourage kids to listen, observe, ask questions, and get excited about learning.
You never know what new animal fact your little explorer might bring home!
Create a Free Craft
Kids will also have the opportunity to get creative with a FREE craft!
Craft activities give young learners another way to connect with what they’ve discovered during Kids Club while practicing creativity and hands-on skills.
Best of all, they’ll have something to take home to remember their AquaZoo adventure!
Learning Through Animals
At Hill City AquaZoo, we believe learning about wildlife should be exciting, engaging, and accessible to kids of all ages.
Animal encounters can encourage children to look closer at the world around them and start asking questions like:
What does this animal eat?
Where would it live in the wild?
How does it protect itself?
What makes its body different from ours?
What special adaptations help it survive?
Those simple questions can turn an exciting animal encounter into an opportunity to explore biology, habitats, adaptations, conservation, and responsible animal care.
